Simay Designs - Prefab homes

My farmhouse comes from Simay Designs, and I got the idea from my neighbor next door...when I saw her house I fell in love with it and went to see what else the designer had at her store...

Prefab is just one piece of the pie, there is more and great designs, so well made!

I don't know if you can see it but you can actually see the reflection of the living room on the mirror

One thing i look for is bathrooms and kitchens

some of the houses I viewed had both

some didnt have a bathroom, and if they did it was not complete

mine only had the sink and the toilet, but not a tub, i added my own, i didn't care to look for a bathroom at my neighbors, creepy enough that i am taking pics without her permission...*grins*

SWASHBUCKLERS is Open!

I have been knowing this for a while now!

After making such a fuzz about Swashbucklers closing I forgot to even mention she came back and better than ever!!

Mainstore is at SWASHBUCKLERS Village (sorry couldn't get the TP location onto my blog, but will be working on that)

She also made a new store that is 99l or less :)

A full perm item store as well!

If you joined the group is well worth it.
Arabella provides her customers and group members with free items...that is so nice of her.

I have a folder full of the items...when I remember have more time I probably will take pics of such items.  they are worth it!

Logged in/Logged out

Aside from RL been busy there is also no motivation to log in at the moment.

Today i logged in and left as quickly as i loaded.

I will get in the mood once again, it always happens.
Is a phase tons of SLers go through...although some are just plain hooked to it, they are in 24/7

I used to be logged in all day but AFK most of the time unless there was something going on, or Papi was home...dont do that as much unless i forget.

Missing my SL & Friends

And a few more updates.

Met up with my x-SL Husband and we talked, to clear the waters.

Not going to get into details, but feeling much better about a lot of things.

Unable to log in and/or spend quality time in SL at the moment, RL still busy, brother will be leaving next weekend and I can go back to my routines :)

Piccolo!! :)) i found you...again

I woke up today and decided to log in, it has been about 2 days since I was last around

Looking through my inventory I found Piccolo...LOL, we always forget about this little hideaway.  It is a hideaway for sure, we always forget about it...haha, really, I do.
So nice to be back and so many memories :( but I am not taking anything offdown or putting anything that is here away...it will remain as is

Hopefully he forgot about it, mostlikely he did cause he didn't pick up some of his stuff.  There is a bed, a pole and a black thingy wingy that goes on the wall...even if I have to ban him out of the property he is not getting those, those belong here in this place, and it shall stay here and remain the same :)

anyways, I moved the pole upstairs, i remember exactly the date Fox pulled out the pole out of his inventory and told me to hop on the ball LOL, i couldn't get out, and woweee anyways, i moved the pole..hehe

to say the least, I sat on the poseball

sooo, I forgot that my collar is also RLV and my RLV for phoenix is turned on...I couldn't get down, I panicked...but so glad for a great computer, a better graphics card, I called Asvid to the rescue

I saw the bed and wanted to check out a few of the features, from the pole to the bed to have some fun and some laughs...
